Off-Campus and Online Payment Plans

For your convenience, Off-Campus and Online tuition may be paid in 1, 2 or 4 installments. The first tuition installment is due upon registration and also includes all fees; the second installment is due 30 days after registration; the third installment (if applicable) is due 60 days after registration and the fourth installment (if applicable) is due 90 days after registration.

Payments made by Credit Card
Clonlara accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  If your credit card payment is declined, Clonlara grants a 10-day grace period (includes weekends and holidays) for you to make a valid payment. The grace period begins the date the transaction is declined.

If a valid payment is not made within 10 days of the due date, all services will be suspended and a $50 reactivation fee will be assessed to your account. This reactivation fee must be paid prior to your account being reinstated. Failure to reinstate your account does not eliminate your liability to pay the reactivation fee and all other remaining account balances.

Payments made by Check
Clonlara accepts personal checks. If your check is returned unpaid by your bank, it is automatically deposited a second time by Clonlara’s bank, in an effort to clear your payment. Clonlara has no control over this process and cannot predict when deposit attempts will occur.

If your bank fails to honor your check after the second attempt to deposit, the check will be returned to Clonlara. A dishonored check, regardless of the reason for return, is subject to a $20 handling fee.

Once a check is returned, Clonlara grants a 10-day grace period (includes weekends and holidays) for you to make a valid payment. The grace period begins the date the check is returned to our bank.
