Students in the Middles Group range in age from late ten-year-olds to fourteen-year-olds; the usualy number of enrollees is around twelve.

The Middles Group bridges the gap between early elementary and high school years. There are elements of the Youngers program in place - individual projects and play, for example. Specific classes are offered every day in core: Language Arts, Science, Math, and Social Studies.
