At Clonlara School, we make every effort to meet our enrolled families’ needs in a timely and accurate manner. Our standards for the following services provided to Home Based Education Program families are:

 

Registration handling (Reception & Registrar):

  • Create initial cumulative file for newly enrolled students – within 3 business days of receipt of payment
  • Assign Advisor – within 2 business days after cumulative file creation
  • Create Commons login – within 4 business days after cumulative file creation
  • Send Release of Records to any former school – within 5 business days after cumulative file creation

 

 Records handling (Records & Reports Administrator & Registrar):

  • Fulfilling requests for official transcripts student transcripts and progress reports – within 3 business days of request
  • Verifying student enrollment – within 3 business days of request
  • Entering approved credits on transcripts during the school year – within 10 business days of Advisor approval of Credit Report Form

total process time for a credit request can be 13-20 business days at off-peak times (see also Advising)

  • Entering approved credits on transcripts at January and June deadlines – within 20 business days of Advisor approval of Credit Report Form

total process time for a credit request can be 23-40 business days when they are submitted near or on the deadline (see also Advising)

  • 3 day Rush Service is possible with payment of the $50 Rush Fee


Advising services:

  • Initial response to contact from student or parent – within 3 business days of receipt
  • Follow-up with further information to satisfy contact – within 5 business days (this can be longer if Clonlara must wait on another individual or organization’s response or information)
  • Review and approve or deny credit request documentation during the school year – within 10 business days of receipt of the Credit Request Form (total
    process time for a credit request is 13-20 business days, see also Records handling)
  • Review and approve or deny credit request documentation at January and June deadlines – within 20 business days of receipt of the Credit Request Form (total process time for a credit request at January and June deadlines is 23-40 business days, see also Records handling)


CLONLARA SCHOOL’S EXPECTATIONS OF ENROLLED FAMILIES

In order to be able to meet our Standards of Service, Clonlara School relies on our students and parents to make the effort to cooperate with us in the process. The following acts are very helpful to us:

  • Please become familiar with the Enrollment Guide.
  • Please use proper grammar and usage in your communications with Clonlara, including emails and any instant messages; we will do the same.

  • Please strive to meet our deadlines and give as much advance notice of your needs as possible.
